Keitha Rocco
CEO, President
Keitha’s professional experience includes owning and managing an executive registry company and a direct mail business with over 100 employees. In 2009 she bought Data Marketing Group to expand her services and save the jobs of the existing loyal staff after enduring the loss of the company’s owner.
Her goals are to help clients organize and grow their business using innovative and new marketing concepts. Her personal goals are to build long term relationships with expert knowledge, passion and enthusiasm. Keitha was also recognized as Women of the Year in 2010 for the American Cancer Society and assisted in raising over 40K for the cause.
Rose Launonen
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Rose started with DMG in 1989 as a Data Entry Operator, and has worked her way up the ranks all the way to COO. She takes pride in having been part of the staff that took DMG through its growth and expansion, and proudly asserts that her teams are the cornerstone of Data Marketing Group’s success.
Diane Shannon
Operations Manager
Diane began her tenure at DMG in 1998 as a Data Entry Operator, after years of experience working at Publishers Clearing House.
Within just one year she was promoted to Mailroom Manager and eventually to Customer Service Manager and Data Entry Manager. As DMG expanded, she was promoted to General Office Manager and today oversees all aspects of DMG.
Joan Hare
Senior Director Data Processing
Joan has been with DMG since it’s inception in 1989. She began as a Data Entry Operator, moved up to Night Shift Manager of Data Entry, and eventually transitioned into the Data Processing Department. Joan has extensive experience in all forms of processing work and prides herself on the excellence that is DMG.
